What exactly makes an item "vintage"?
An item can be considered vintage only when it is 20 years or older. Almost the entirety of our collection is vintage, with a few exceptions of fantastic thrift pieces. Any thrift pieces will be noted as so in the descriptions.
Do you clean or treat the items?
Vintage pieces are one of a kind and often require special cleaning treatment. Furthermore many people choose to collect these items instead of wear them. For those reasons we do not wash all of our garments, because doing so may negatively effect certain aspects of the piece. Garments that needed cleaning or were stained when we acquired them, but were otherwise in good condition have been washed and treated to restore the original luster. All earrings and jewelry products have been sterilized. We also thoroughly examine all of our clothing for rips, stains, broken zippers and other major forms of damage. If a piece has any imperfections, we note it in the item's description.
What kind of details can be found in the item's description?
All sorts! Color, detail and measurements are listed in every article description. Any tag information present is listed as well as any flaws that we have found after carefully scrutinizing each piece.
How long do the items take to deliver?
Typically 5-7 business days from the transaction date. If you have not received your item within this timeframe, please contact us. All of our items are shipped with tracking numbers.
What is your return policy?
Refunds are allowed, but only if meets these requirements:
1. All returns must be made within 5 days item was received.
2. Garment must be returned in the exact condition it was sent out.
3. Shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Where can I get the accessories I see the models wearing in the photos?
First try looking under our accessories category in the online store. If you can't find what you are looking for there, perhaps we just haven't got around to posting it yet. Feel free to email us if there is something specific you cannot find but are interested in.
Do I get to pick which charity receives my contribution?
Not by default, but if you have any specific requests please let us know! We'll do what we can to work with you, and are always on the look out for new charities to work with. Feel free to take a look at our list of current charity organizations that we work with.
