New Online Vintage Clothing Store Launched by Ryan-Nicole
March 3rd, 2009
Ryan-Nicole Vintage has announced the launch of it's brand new online vintage clothing store. Customers of the new website can browse the Austin-based company's full catalog of high-quality items, featuring hundreds of vintage garments and accessories.
The site is the brainchild of 23 year-old clothing collector and fashion model Ryan-Nicole. The vision behind her vintage clothing collection is to offer classic, sometimes rare pieces in a sexy often daring way. She also generously donates 10 percent of all profits from the website to local charities.
The hot new site features distinctively unique designer items such as a scorching 1950's polka dot dress by Lanz Orginals, a gorgeous black ballet-style dress from Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock, and a standout 1960s black cocktail dress by Parfait Originals.
The owner's favorite item in her current inventory is a stunning Trifari necklace. "Trifari pieces are really collectible and this piece is very unique and well-made," admires Ryan-Nicole. "It has a nice weight to it, and I just love it!" (Necklace pictured on right).
The detailed, colorful images throughout the site are all shot by Austin photographers, and feature a sexy roster of local models. The descriptions of each item provide extensive information about each one, and help customers understand the origins and backgrounds of what they are purchasing.
Reaction to the new store has been very positive. The company has already been asked to present a high-profile fashion show at a large SXSW showcase, and has been busy with new orders.
As the website grows, Ryan (as she is known to friends) plans to continue collecting. Her love of travel and discovering lost treasures and hidden gems is what fuels the young entrepreneur and her company. She is planning a bunch more fashion shows and events to help promote her new company and show off the sexy outfits, so stay tuned!
